Dr. David Wise

David Wise, known as “Dr. D,” brings extensive experience in management and organizational leadership to Wise Consulting and Investments, which he founded. He holds a Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, with a specialization in transactional law, and earned his Doctorate of Management and MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Dr. Wise has consulted on and closed transactions valued at over $500 million, and advised on more than $1 billion in mergers and acquisitions — focusing on the impact to human capital resources, bottom-line performance, and post-merger restructuring. He has also developed, managed, constructed, and rehabilitated over 700 multifamily units, along with 2,000,000 square feet of commercial real estate spanning data centers, biotech, retail, medical, and office space.
